Training Employee Project

As Borusan Holding and Borusan Otomotiv, to carry out our existing business better, to accommodate to the changing conditions, to be always one step ahead of everyone else, and to train the future managers of our institution, we apply the "Training Employee Project" in close cooperation with universities, and by this way we also provide job opportunities for the new graduates.

We consider providing the required environment for the new graduates who join us to improve themselves and to realize their potentials, creating opportunities for our employees and supporting them, as the key factors in reaching our vision.
